This privacy policy explains how calres.co.uk, an independent review and guide website about the Mythoswin online casino, handles personal data when you visit. We collect as little as possible: there are no user accounts, no sign-up forms and no newsletter on this site. Last updated: 5 October 2026.
1. Who we are
calres.co.uk is run by the calres.co.uk editorial team (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are the controller of the limited personal data processed through this website. We are not the Mythoswin casino operator.
When you click through to Mythoswin and open an account, deposit or play, Mythoswin becomes the controller of the data you give it, under its own privacy policy. We never receive your casino account details, identity documents, payment information or gambling history.

2. The data we collect
We have designed calres.co.uk to work with the minimum amount of personal data.
Server and security logs
Like every website, our hosting infrastructure records technical information when your browser requests a page:
- IP address (used for security and to work out an approximate country);
- date and time of the request and the page requested;
- browser and device type (the “user agent”) and the referring page;
- security signals used by Cloudflare to detect bots and attacks.
Cookies and browser storage
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and session storage items, set out in full in our cookie policy. Session storage stays on your device and is cleared when you close the tab.
The on-site assistant
This site includes an “AI assistant” chat widget to help you find information about Mythoswin. Despite its name, it runs scripted answers locally in your browser. Messages you type are matched against pre-written answers on your own device. They are not sent to our servers, not sent to any AI provider and not stored. When you close the browser tab, the conversation is gone. Please still avoid typing personal information such as your name, account details or payment data into it.
Emails you send us
If you email contact@calres.co.uk or privacy@calres.co.uk, we receive your email address, name (if included) and the content of your message.
What we do not collect
We do not run user accounts, comment sections, sign-up forms or newsletters. We do not knowingly collect special category data (such as health information) and we do not buy data about you from third parties.
3. Lawful bases for processing
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, we rely on the following lawful bases:

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have balanced our interests against your rights and kept the data to a minimum. You have the right to object (see section 8).
4. How we use your data
We use the data above only to:
- serve the website and display pages correctly on your device;
- protect the site against bots, abuse and attacks;
- understand traffic in aggregate, such as which guides are visited most, so we can improve our content;
- attribute affiliate clicks so that we can be paid commission where you sign up at Mythoswin;
- reply to messages you send us and correct errors you report.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that has legal or similarly significant effects on you, and we do not sell personal data.
5. Affiliate tracking
Links to /play on this site are affiliate links, as explained in our terms and conditions. When you click one:
- Your browser requests
/playon calres.co.uk. - We redirect you to Mythoswin through an affiliate network, adding a click identifier to the link. The identifier is a reference code that lets the network attribute a later registration or deposit to our site.
- The affiliate network and Mythoswin may set their own cookies on their websites to record that click. Those cookies are controlled by them, not us.
We do not pass your name, email address or casino account details through the redirect, because we do not have them. Commission reports we receive from the network are aggregated or pseudonymised (for example “one new depositing player”) and do not identify you to us.
The processing of your data on Mythoswin’s site and by the affiliate network is governed by their own privacy policies. Please read Mythoswin’s privacy policy before registering.
6. Sharing your data
We share personal data only where necessary:
- Cloudflare, Inc., our hosting, content delivery and security provider, which processes server logs and sets the
__cf_bmsecurity cookie on our behalf; - the affiliate network, which receives the click identifier when you use
/play; - our email provider, which stores messages you send us;
- authorities or advisers, where the law requires it or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Our service providers act on our instructions and are bound by data processing terms.
7. International transfers and retention
International transfers
Cloudflare operates a global network, so technical data may be processed outside the UK, including in the United States and the European Economic Area. Where data leaves the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified.

8. Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the following rights over your personal data:
- Right of access: ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure: ask us to delete your data where there is no good reason to keep it.
- Right to restrict processing: ask us to pause using your data in certain circumstances.
- Right to object: object to processing based on legitimate interests, including affiliate tracking.
- Right to data portability: receive data you gave us in a commonly used format, where applicable.
- Rights around automated decisions: we do not make decisions about you by automated means.
To exercise any right, email privacy@calres.co.uk. We will respond within one month, free of charge in most cases. We may ask for information to confirm your identity. Because we hold so little data, we may need details such as the date and approximate time of your visit to locate log entries.
For data held by Mythoswin (your casino account, verification documents, transactions), contact Mythoswin directly; we cannot access or change that data.
9. Complaints to the ICO
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first at privacy@calres.co.uk so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.
10. Children
calres.co.uk is for adults aged 18 and over in the UK. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. 11. Security
The site is served only over HTTPS with modern TLS encryption, and Cloudflare provides protection against bots and attacks. Access to our email and hosting accounts is limited and protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but because we collect so little data, the risk to you is very low.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices, providers or the law change. The “last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
